Is it possible to load a bios and use the cd player and memory card manager!

Every bios i try to load just cuts off on the second screen!!

No. I guess it could be emulated, but it is very low-priority since it is completely unnecessary. The CD player is useless on a computer, obviously. If you want to use the memcard manager, get an external memcard tool.
