I got ePSXe again cause I accidently deleted it...so I went to Aldos n dl the new ePSXe...when I run Gran Turismo 2 I get dis black n white screen /w my desktop....here are my specs
Thuck Connecting Failed 32->16 I get that message 2...N e ways here are my specs

I think that Gran Turismo 2 has a problem with epsxe v1.5.2 which is fixed in the private beta's of the author's.So untill the next release,try using epsxe v1.5.1

Only certain country versions of GT2 have problems with the new epsxe 1.5.2.. My version of Gt2 runs fine from both disks.. NTSC US..

YOu could try using the command line -cdtiming which will enable accurate cd rom timing in the new epsxe..

That thunk connection is from the TSGCDMcdex cdr pluggin.. Most likely, your not gonna be using it much if at all, so delete anything with "TSG" in it from your pluggins directory..
