Just had a fresh new haircut and am sporting a bit of a beard these days plus I got new (well not new, but you lot aint seen them yet) glasses so I figured I might as well give you an update. I appologise for the strange look (as well as lack of smile Brit), taking pics of oneself is quite hard and me and flash aint friends either (been seeing stars for the last 3 minutes).

Yeah yeah, I know, not all of it is fat though, my build is such that looking for clothing will always be a bit of a mission unless I buy exclusively from NFL/Rugby stores. So basically if I start actively excercising my gut will shrink but most other body parts will stay the same size just the muscle to fat ratio will be even more favourable than it is now.

Yup, it's easy to keep it trimmed and well groomed, I bought myself a beard and hair trimmer whilst in Germany. Never knew they actually made those things but do they ever make my life easier.

I love shades. Used to have a real big collection and more than 50% of my pics were with them until stupid traffic rules made it compulsary to drive with helmets (tough to get a helmet over shades). So now I mostly carry a helmet instead of shades.

Those are both pictures about a year ago, currently I am a little bit more buff in muscular terms, ever since I got a pull up bar the fat feels like skin hugging my muscles after about 20 or so reps, different styles of them though, best workout method ever. Yeah I was very well fed over there, R2RX' mom is the best cook ever lol. So easy to eat too much. Though the last pics weren't too bad, were they? It's not like I looked pale, it was winter really. I think it's mostly the lighting in the pictures.

I definitely agree with you about all the green. I love it! Even Nairobi, a city of millions, green is the dominant colour at a lot of places. Coming from a rural area in Holland, I couldn't live without being surrounded by green. Most of our cities are all concrete and glass, making me feel awkward.

heh, well I don't have Reptile's type of hair, so that's not an option to me. Occasionally I'll grow my beard, and wear some metal shirts, but that's mostly to concerts nowadays. It doesn't help with the ladies too much either you know ;)

But well, for the sake of bringing in more metal, here's some old pics. Both from 2007 I think, one with my best friend as some of our good friends gave a gig, and the second was breakfast at Magic Circle Festival. The latter was uploaded before I think, if you dig deeply there's probably a picture of me holding up the beers that were already finished during the walk from the train to the camping site and while setting up the tent. That party was awesome :D

Lol, I've been considering the same, I wonder about the effect on my looks really. I could be perceived as relatively aggressive, which won't help me too much in my profession. I'll probably compensate with more hair on my chin though. Last Winter I definitely noticed that when going out by bike it is required to wear a hat, even if just going by foot with a bit of wind it became too chilly.
