VB request

Does anybody have a VB source code for a simple multiple choice/true false game? I just need something with a counter and a couple questions so that I can see how it'd work. If somebody has one lying around or if there's an industrious persons who wants to take the time to make a quick one I'd really appreaciate it.

Why can't you program one yourself?

A mulitple true/false game is just a bunch of if statements.

I don't know basic well enough and I learn quicker if I can see it. I could could do it pascal and maybe C, but I just don't know basic well enough.
