I think there has been at least one person who got the highest possible score in Pac-man. He was on the news.
For those who don't remember, the original Pac-man has only one level, and it repeats over and over. To get that highest score, you have to eat all four ghosts for each big gum (what do you call it?). And eat every fruit/prezel that would come out in the level.
Ms Pac-man on the other hand, is a different story.

Ugh, yes he is. For the Game Cube. I rented that game and beat it pretty fast. So annoying all the crap you have to do to play the classics in the arcade, I rather just use the emulator. :)
