does anyone know any WORKING ISO patchers that make PAL games turn into NTSC games... there are alot of patchers but none seem to work... i only want to have a NTSC so the NTSC gameshark codes work because there are like no PAL gameshark code sites
That won't work AFAIK. I don't think it converts the entire game tho the US version, it just changes some of the flags. I could be wrong tho.

You are right Kane IMO. It impossible to patch the entire PAL games to NTSC.
Not impossible, It'd just be a huuuuuge patch.

a pal>ntsc convertor only resizes the image and changes the refresh rate. the rest of the image may differ a lot. if you are having problems with gameshark pal codes, have you considered action replay or xploder?

no i am trying to get vh2 to work and i know recca got the pal version to work.

yeah well Harvest Moon: Back To Nature Australian PAL SLES-02781 gameshark codes dont work... the only cheats for the PAL version were on www.codejunkies.com but they didnt work with harvest moon
