Hey guys what do u think is the best game to play this summer
i have 4 games im playing with:
1)grandia2 for pc
2)BloodOmen2
3)Dungeon Siege
4)Heroes4

i voted heroes 4... i didnt play grandia 2 yet, i played like a quarter of bloodomen but it really isnt my type of genre, i played dungeon seige and its a bit boring (for me anyways) and ive played heroes 4... heroes 4 has a lot of things in it i dont like but the music and graphics are good and i love the heroes series... every one of em

I haven't played any of those and don't plan to in the near future. However from what I've seen, Dungeon Siege looks pretty 1337.

I've only played Grandia 2 from that list so I can't really make any sort of comparison, and it isn't the best game I've played. I haven't played that many new games, for the past couple of weeks I've been hooked on Yuri's Revenge for some reason.
Strider: 1337 translates to leet (slang for elite). IIRC = If I Recall Correctly.

thanks for explaining those demigod... ive been a little clueless about several posts cause of those 2... anyways, you cant say a games good because of how it looks, you need to play them, i heard a lot of good stuff about grandia 2 but from the ones i played (the rest of em) heroes 4 is my fave...

Dungeon Siege, for me, is amazing. The best PC game I've seen in a long time. Grandia II is a close second. I have both of them and I am currently playing Dungeon Siege and getting into Grandia II a little.

dungeon seige is a great game and it will keep u busy for hours. Grandia 2 is also good and its worth picking up and as for the others i havent tried them yet

Eh? Those are all PC games! I am sorry, but I am really not a PC gamer. For me, the biggest game of this summer is Eternal Darkness. That game is going to consume my days.
GTA3, Soldier of Fortune II and GP4. But if i can only pick one i think it will be GTA3

I voted for ds becuase I liked that more than grandia and I don't have the money to go buy the other two. I think all 4 are great personnaly. but ds is the only game I ahve gotten somewhat far into.
i'm looking forward to the release of the next summoner game myself, which is due out this summer.

I'm starting to think I should change my vote as DS seems really boring already. It was good to begin with, but has quickly gotten old.

another reason why i dont like ds, really boring, after several hours it turns out to be more hack and slash than diablo, only good aspect is netplay.

Too bad morrwind isn't on there or that would get my vote. Yeah ds was cool when i first loaded but i got bored of it just like i did with maxpayne.

Unreal as nice engine but is the game good that is another story.
well they are going to be released this summer, the name of the topic is best summer game, come on now. And unreal ii will have a good story, i read it in the unreal 2 forums by testers, ect. And of course the graphics will be ecxeptional, but the doom iii engine is gonna crush it once its release :-(

well, unreal 2 im not waiting for as much as deus ex 2 and unreal tournament 2, once the doom III engine comes out ut 2 engine will bite its head off to get revenge ;)

Doom 3 has the best engine by far...unreal is nice, I want dues ex, neverwinter nights and warcraft 3 a lot more that unreal 2.

hum... I really don't like Diablo anymore! This game is so easy that i finished him in 10 minutes with the Ultimate Sorceror (max status)!! It's just teleport to find a level's exit and if any monster came you use a powerful magic to kill them all...

ofcourse diablo 1 was waaaaay too easy, you get a really strong sorcerer with mana shield and a archangel staff of apocalypse, and a chain lightning spell, and the computer has no chance
