Summoner (pc ps2)

anyone else out there enjoy playing the summoner? i've got the pc version and have played it through a few times now, really enjoyed the story, characters, and over all gameplay. just wondering what everybody elses impressions were on this game since I never really see it mentioned on any of the boards I frequent (or lurk in). any feedback would be very cool, thanks.

i had it for ps2 and didnt like it very much.
the battle system was just very annoying and did not feel as interactive as they were trying to be

I played the ps2 version and didn't like it much, but I thought the pc version was a lot better. With patches and bug fixes, there are none of the lockup issues for me and I didn't have any of the camera problems either. And I thought it was a gorgeous game that was alot of fun

The pc was good the PS2 version needs some help.

Yeah I've played both but I didn't like the fact that you had to click where you wanted to got, opposed to just moving a analog stick.

I just used the free move option and just kept the mouse button down and moved the mouse around instead of clicking on where i wanted to go... Clicking could be useful sometimes though as it let you get to really far away higher or lower places if you could see them... an example, in the caverns of Wolong

I have the PC version (I don't own a PS2) and I have played it some. I like it. I think they did quite a good job with it.
