Hey did it bother anyone else that they promise you a date with Dagger if you beat the "festival of the Hunt" but never get it. It bothered me. I thought was jsut careless of square!

So, what, you were expecting something like FF VII where Cloud goes on a date with someone? I thought it was fine, a date wouldn't really fit into the story anyways.

I don't understand. Wasn't Zidane promised Vivi that if he enters the contest, Zidane would arrange a date between Vivi and Dagger? Yes, it is possible to win the Festival of Hunt with either Zidane or Vivi. To make Zidane the winner is easier, but you need some method to make Vivi win, which I forgot. :D

I won, but never saw any date. I don't think you should promise your audience a date if it never happens. I know it wouldn't have fit in the story, but then disregard it completely. Or mentions somethign about it in the end.
