Wich game to play on PSX

I have never beaten these games wich should i start with

Xenogears, Chrono Cross, Valkyrie Profile, Wild Arms 1 already beatet nr 2 a loong time ago, Lunar 2 Eternal Blue, Vagrant Story,
Tales of Destiny 2, Tenchu 2, Brave Fencer Mushashi


wich to start with.

Hmm... I gotta say for an RPG go for Xenogears... it rocks... for a non-RPG that is a helluva lotta fun play Tenchu 2, and cause of the 3 different characters there's lots of hours of gametime

well, if u don't mind graphics, lunar 2 is a nice option, it has got a very nice story. Drop chrono cross, it is BY FAR not as good as chrono trigger, if u have played it.

This is a difficult descision... Go for these ones first : Valkyrie Profile, Xenogears, Chrono Cross - these three are IMO, the best of the bunch ...
(Tales of Destiny II, Lunar II & Vagrant Story should be your next "trio" of choice - leave the rest for last).

vagrant story has to be the first one.... trust me, I'm an experienced gamer....

chrono cross is not THAT bad, but iit would be the last one.....

If you really loves RPG, just go with all of them (with exception of Tenchu 2 and Brave Fencer Musashi, of course :D). But you could try either Xenogears, Tales of Destiny 2 or Valkyrie Profile first. Then you can go for the others. In my opinion, you should play Lunar 2 only if you have finished the first Lunar. There's nothing wrong playing the second without finishing the first, but it would be more meaningful in term of storyline. Tenchu 2 is also a good game. It even has the third character scenario to be played if you finished Ayame's and Rikimaru's scenario. Good luck ! ;)

Then you should go for Lunar 2 also. Although it happens in a different timeline, the storyline is connected (yes, it's very connected :)) and you'll love it. Furthermore, there are many things that are better than the first. For example, unlike the first Lunar, you can carry lot more things and items in your inventory in Lunar 2.

well..... although many of the guys here don't like Vagrant story the most, I have to tell you one thing...... it has amazing graphs, very good sound, the storyline is great, the enviroment is pretty good, it has the hell of replay value.... it only has a failure and it is that it is even harder to get used to than FF8.....

Damn I don't know how you can play nothing but rpg's... especially so many in a row. I can barely make it through one RPG without having to take a break from it and play some sports, adventure, or fps game

Don´t start with ToD2. This game is a bit boring. Chrono Cross is good but it´s right that Chrono Trigger is MUCH better (I definitely just hated CC battle system and battle music)

Hmm... I thought it was a cool battle system... the weak medium and strong attacks reminded me of Xenogears... but as for the the battle music... yeah, I thought it was pretty annoying... especially hearing it so much.

But the boss music is not so bad.

In Chrono Cross, the normal battle music is sort off dull, and it didn't even bring the battle atmosphere to life. Sound like a circus music to me. But I agree, the boss battle music is quite okay. With the exception of the final boss, of course. :D
