AdriPSX ILE multilanguage support

As you will notice on the next release, AdriPSX now has multilanguage support, so this post is for all you guys that want to help us translating the texts.
If you want to help just download the file I just 've attached.
Then please send the translated one to us ( Juan (juan@psxemu.com) or Roor (adripsx@psxemu.com) ).
