The problem is the game does nothing and exits after i start the race ....when i press the race button the loading screen appears and when it is around 80% loaded it automatically exits

Hrm...try reinstalling direct X or the game. What are ur system specs?

i have dx8 and cel4000 , 64mb ,intel8104mb gfx,
i think i have the recomended specs...
