syphon filter 3 ntsc dialogue sound problem

hi,
i don't know why this problem exist because syphon filter 2 works perfect,syphon filter 3 also runs cool but the only problem is that the dialogue sounds repeat and hence make it difficult to undertstand.they same prblem goes with epsxe.is it just me or everyone else is getting the same bug?if no then how to fix this problem?

i found out what is the problem.the problem is ISO.from cd it works cool.with cool sound.
