Does any body khnow how to fix the damm Frezzeing Bug when entering a Level ?

can you people please post your configs. i just beat MMX5 today and don't have your problems.

i included files showing my config as well as a screen shot of the intro, please tell me if you can or cannot get past this part of the intro
