right settings to play street fighter alpha 3

can someone his/her settings to play the game? my settings right now is unable to play street fighter 3 for strange reason as i can mostly play other games. i thinking that i maybe missing some sort of file but i can't figure out what the message i see when i try to load the game.

First of all, you're using an incredibly old and depreciated version of nullDC. It is far less compatible and stable than the newer versions, which can be found on the nullDC's main website.

That still isn't the newest version. That's just r22, which was one of the first official 1.0.4 releases. You'll want the newest newest one, r136.
