Howdy,
My apologies for posting here but I could not find a 'Genesis' forum.
I could use some help getting this setup. I have Fusion364 as well as Gens (v2.14) available. I do own the actual Genesis system as well as several cartridges (just to alleviate legal issues). Specifically I want to get X-Men up and running. I can't count the hours spent tearing through on Nightcrawler just to see how fast I could beat the game (it was was a great way to blow off steam during mid-terms and finals). :) Anyway, Gens will play the game but I do not see the required 'Soft Reset' option. Fusion364 (kgen) attempts to load it but gives red screen and hangs.

I can't seem to find a relevant guide anywhere (guides I have found are horribly out dated). Basic system stuff: Vista 64, nVidia 460gt, 4gigs RAM, Logitech wireless controller. As a side note, currently playing FF9 (for the 1st time with ePSXe) at 1400x900 and it looks Mahhvelous. =)

tyia,
banditC

Fusion has an option to auto-fix checksum on genesis games. Try toggling that on and off between starting the game.

Thanks for the assist. It turns out I was loading a bios I didn't need. Quite a hoot getting spanked in a game I used to beat on a daily basis. It looks pretty dang good, even at 1680x1050.

Thanks again,
