Strange new status bug

I'm not sure how exactly this happens, but every once in a while when going to the main page, your new post and thread flags and the like seem to be reset. This one shows me as last being there 3 hours before, which can't be the case when I've had several posts since then.

I think it resets every time you log off and log back in... i think the cookies make it think you're always on
