I have a 120hz monitor and running PSX games at 120hz makes it a bit choppy. If Xebra can run at 60hz when in full screen, that'll be great since PSX games aren't meant to be ran at 120hz.

If Xebra can run at 60hz when in full screen, that'll be great since PSX games aren't meant to be ran at 120hz.In theory, it shouldn't matter that you're running at 120Hz because it's a multiple of 60, so there should be no problem in performing a vsync at the appropriate intervals. Whether it actually does that is another matter of course. Not to mention that the NTSC refresh rate - as would be used on a real PSX - is actually 59.94Hz.

I got rid of the 120hz monitor in favor of a larger IPS screen as it wasn't suited for emulation.
