Question on DHTML

Just a question plz
If i apply a dynamic html effect (like changing picture on mouse over) in my web page using Frontpage 2000, will it work in Internet explorer 5 (u see, i have 5.5) and Netscapte or will it give some kind of crazy error? Do every servers support dhtml?
if not, can anyone give me a javascript applet to do this?

Nooo.........some hosting server not support DHTML Java Script&Applet
Anyway if you want some server suggest
I suggest www.hypermart.net
but common mail like hotmail usa.net can't use here
