Yes.. There is a pluggin for it.. The N-rage controller pluggin supports mouse input..

fivefeet8 is right. N-Rage plugin lets you use the mouse. If you're trying to play games like Duke Nukem and Goldeneye, visit N-Rage's website (http://go.to/nrage) and you will be able to download some pre-made configurations, configured for mouse+keyboard.
