Frame Are Too Skip

when i use the patch of shinx the frame are skiping, especially on tomb raider 4, before i use this patch, the game seems runs very smooth, what happen on this patch ?
and the patch won't let me run Harvest Moon.

games Harvest Noon is not work with VGS, just load a black screen, theres a few tips, try to copy Harvest Moon and delete all *.txt contain and rename SLUS-**** to PSX.exe and burn it to CD-R, but i doubt that will work coz i already do that but still doesn' work. HIdup Gamer Indonesia....

the reburn-trick worked fine for me...
harvest moon runs both in vgs and epsxe now.

Maybe you should re-burn Harvest Moon, Change the Exe File and add a System.cnf file that directs the PSX (or VGS) to the correct PSX EXE file. You can chech a System.cnf file from other PSX CDs.
