Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time question

For those who have played this game in UltraHLE:
I can only get 99 rupees. Do I need a special item to get more or is it an emulator problem?
I'm playing in UltraHLE with Clide2.4.

You need a wallet to get more..

Hunt down some Skulltulas and visit the Skulltula house in Kari...Kar...that town next to Hyrule Castle ;)

yup skultula's get 20 and u can get the adult's wallet from the skultula house in kakariko village and i think 60 and u get the giants wallet, can't remember exactly tho about the giants wallet
