Convert Japanese Codes to US Version?

Hi there! I was wondering if there's a way to convert the gecko codes from a Japanese version of a game to the US one. I'm interested in having a US version of these codes:

There are only codes for the Japan version of the game. I tried searching for "RHIEXJ gekko", "RHIEXJ gecko" and "RHIEXJ geckocodes" without success.

Unless you find and hack the "Down Count" and "Fire" values (and eventually the pointers if the values aren't static) yourself during gameplay using Dolphin's Cheats Manager (or USB Gecko if you don't use Dolphin), or unless someone else (ZiT or another hacker) owns several regions of the game and is able to port these codes the same way, don't expect your request to be done easily...
