I recently tried downloading VBA-M onto my Macbook and put it through the 7zip program or whatever that thing is to open it up. Lo and behold, the little bugger won't work. When I extract the files, the zip program goes idle after a few seconds. When I clicked the button that opens everything and plunked it onto my desktop and opened the .exe file for VBA-M I got a page of gibberish. Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like you're trying to run the normal (PC) version.

yeah, you got the pc version, mac doesn't use the .exe file format. what you should be downloading is most likely (i've yet to go and download it myself) is either an archive file, or a .dmg file with a .app file inside. if you get an .exe or a bunch of different folders for stuff (like epsxe), then you got the wrong file.

yea, i got the same problem as dragonessa, and yes i do notice that what ive downloaded was the PC version. Now, what i'm trying to figure out is where to get the Mac version cause in every website it says that it can run in Windows, Linux and Mac, but hey guess what, all of em doesnt work on mac... da-da-da-duuuum.
so if anyone can help me find a link to the mac version, that would be very much helpful. thanks
