I've been wondering where the Xbox Kernel is? Anyone knows?

Any Xbox1 BIOS dump you can find contains the complete kernel. (Some are altered for specific intents, like running from a flash-card, supporting ISO-mounting, etc) The latest Xbox1 SDK also contains a xboxkrnl.exe, with an accompanying .pbd file for it's debug symbols.

kernel software is placed on a e-prom on the mainbord of the xbox 1.
some xbox`s are modded and place a second flashed eprom over the original xbox bios eprom.
these eproms can begin from 4mb upto 16mb.. maybe more these days.
the more mb eprom you use the more space you have for extra features in your dashboard.
More information about them you can find on Xbox-Scene.com - Xbox 360 Xbox360 Modchips Xecuter3 Xenium SmartXX X-Chip X-B.I.T Xecuter2.6 Xodus - Gamesave Dashboard exploit - EvolutionX Avalaunch MXM Dashboard UnleashX - X2 & EvoX bios - Copy Xbox Hacks & Cracks tutorials faq - Cheapmod (http://www.xbox-scene.com)
its possible to dump the bios... bt that require alot of electronic skills
