About a week a ago someone posted about wireless controller drivers for Xbox 360 controllers on reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/bz4ft/after_months_of_frustration_i_found_good_free/) and I am not sure if the folks in the emulation community know about it. So I am posting this here. Here is also my two cents about it:
Pros:
Uses Directinput
Allows for full customization of button, trigger and lights. (example: you have the trigger be Z-axis or a button)
Allows the use of the guide button and a usable button
Cons:
Can't connect more then one controller to the wireless adapter (or at least I can't in Vista. If someone can please post about it)
I had to go in through the driver settings in order to get the controller light to turn on.
Here is the guys' websites:

Xbox 360 ワイヤレス コント*ーラー用デバイス ドライバ (http://www.katch.ne.jp/~morii/driver/x360wc/index.html)
EDIT: I think the source code is also on the website, can this be used to add wireless support to XBCD?
