Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing

A lot of people have said that this game works on DeSmuME, but I can't get this game to load on the emulator. Every time I start the game, the screen turns black and nothing else happens. What settings or configurations do I need to get this game up and running? I use DeSmuME 0.9.5 x64 on a Windows 7 PC.

for me the game runs at about 30% in menu and at between 60%-80% in whale lagoon and then my pc froze up on me while using revision 3390 sse2 version on my windows xp pro sp3 32bit os. looks like my pc aint powerful enough to run this game fullspeed or hardly any games this emulator full speed thats why im stuck using the latest version of no$gba with the latest version of no$zoomer.

@Lasnap, how do you run Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing on NO$GBA? Do you use NO$GBA 2.6/2.6a and NO$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 and apply a patch to the game?

i cant get the game to run on no$gba so im unable to play it. i use no$gba2.6a+no$zoomer latest version. and sence my pc is unable to handle desume completely im unable to play it at full speed. playing it at a lower speed makes it to simple lol. my pc specs are amd athlon 64bit X2 3800+ (939) running at 2.2ghz 1.75 gigs of ddr400 ram and a gefore 7600gs with 512mbs of ram running windows pro sp3 32bit.
