New Computer, new probs

so, finally I got my system boosted up 100% by changing an K6-2 500 in an Duron 1000. Now, The games play fine and smooth... TOO smoth ! As I tested StarFox 64 on my System , it was too fast. I nearly wasnt able to get away from each building, cuz of the speed. sound is fine, really nice but graphic is too fast. its arround 60 fps, and the limiter is on.
So how can Inget it running a BIT slower ?

If you are running an ntsc rom, 60fps is the speed it should be running at.
