Why didn't you just add on to your other thread (merge anyone?)?

The video chipset is too weak to get good performance. It is holding you back most. Make sure you have the video options low (low display resolution, "native" internal resolution, etc.). Speed hacks work best when the CPU is the limiting factor (and in my case with a Pentium 4 when testing for the sake of it, they barely did much more than a few FPS in Final Fantasy X, if anything). The only option that may help when the GPU is the limiting factor is VU Cycle stealing, but aggressively setting it high is a bad idea. I'd put it up one notch at most.

How sad. . I need to play this game badly. . Oh well if you said that my chipset is weak then I will buy another video card. If you mind? Will you tell me what video card will i buy to speed this up? And what is its price? Tnx. .

The question should be asked to you, and it's how much do you want to spend? Since I'm assuming this an OEM PC with just a basic PSU, I wouldn't put anything high-end in it. a 9600GT may work? It'd give you enough performance for PCSX2 anyway (maybe not for super high internal resolution in all games, but good settings at more than full speed).
