A qustion to some people how are experinced in website buliding
I want to add a members section but i dont now how ive tried using a password gate and thats how i want to do it so can anyone help me on this
Also im looking for 1 or 2 moderators for my forum if you become a moderator or you just join the forum and i think you are good and nice
:eek: ill give you special features and stuff like that the i wouldnt give the the genral public

I guess you must have a bunch of cgi/php scripting knowledge to do that.

If you only want a password protected section, you don't need that much knowledge. You could try .htacces-files as well (if it's an apache).

.htaccess would work, however it wouldn't be much of a "members section" as he indicated is what he wanted. Adding any new login/pass would most likely have to be done manually and it could become a pain.
