After winning all cups in Normal Moder to open the Joker Cup, I get following Error when trying to start a Race :
Unhandled R4300i OpCode at: 80124000
Unknown 7C 7C 07 1B
Stoping Emulation!
Whats to do to get it runnin ?

Eh...that's not good. Problems like that are tough to work through. If you have a save (state or native) before error point, trying switching to the interpreter (before you load the game of course) until you clear the point where the problem is. Save the game and switch back to the recompiler. Reload and see if that takes care of it. That's not much of a fix I know, more of a workaround.
A possible, but less likely, fix is to change the self-modifying code, but that could cause other problems
Of course, this is all assuming you have a verified good rom.

Ever hear of GoodTools? It's a renaming utility used to identify bad, hacked, or otherwise altered roms. Absolutely essential. It would take too long to explain how to use it here, but this (www.smiff.clara.net/utils/rom.htm) site has all the files and a beginner's tutorial. The only section you need worry about is "Rom renaming".
A [!] at the end of a rom name indicates a good dump, but don't trust it unless you've run the rom through GoodN64 yourself.
