Hello VAB-M
First, thank you for your incredible work, you rock guys;)

Have you tested some games such as
Sonic the Hedgehog
Steel Empire
Mr Driller 2

They suffer of gfx glitches, not running fluid
I have tested them with GBA MESS+overclock cpu at 200%
They run much smoother than VBA-M

So I wonder Why not adding some overclock CPU features in VBA-M?
It should be GREAT especially with 3D games :thumb:

a command line version would be great too

what guys do think about it?

thanks for reading

NB: Looks like it corrects world Reborn glitches too

Overclocking is a very dangerous thing to do and is entirely independant from any emulator so you must mean something else.

Sounds like you just have a crappy weak PC.

Actually, this isn't a bad idea, the original hardware actually has graphical glitches which apparently are worked around by increasing the speed of the core.

i think i can see the difference using nogba and switching it to realtime /10 auto

the legs appear to glitch alot less.

Sounds like you just have a crappy weak PC.

My Pc is 2.8Ghz and VBA-M runs solid 100% with no frameskip

download this http://bobz38.free.fr/mess_autobuild/index.php
It's the latest SVN MESS with GBA driver included

- enable cheats in default config menu
- run a game then press TAB
- go to sliders controls-> overclock mainCPU then press CTRL+arrows (faster)

Nevermind me and what I said, I missunderstood what your original request/observation was but Squall has set me straight.
