Could this computer be able to run NullDC??

Intel celeron CPU 1300 MHz, 503Mb of RAM
Trident Video Axxelerator Blade 3D/Pro Media

I'm not sure if it will or not. Its not really a new computer.
I would just like to know if it could or not.
