Good point. This way there would be no disregardings. But there should be a common sense about what would be a joke (or something the like) and what is considered spam. That is not very hard to distinguish, but sometimes there could be some misunderstands otherwise. Overall, I think that is fair.

well, if you need any suggestions there was a thread not to long ago that discussed relieving stress. but as a warning, not all of them are good ideas considering some are rather dangerous.
