Where is good free forum to get ???

Well, do you want it to run your server or want a hosted one?
For the first one: Try phorum (phorum.org) or Ikonboard (www.ikonboard.com) or vBullettinLite (www.vbulletin.com).
For the second one: Maybe ezboard (ezboard.com)

YaBB, Yet Another Bulletin Board (http://www.yabbforum.com/) is a pretty good free perl/cgi forum.
Here's an example, looks great!:

YaBB is very interest board for me.
There are mod for this board.
But now I even can't install it........

Mmh, afaik (I saw this somewhere in another thread) NickK runs a Xitami-Webserver. This means Path to Perl must be something like C:\Perl (it's Windows not a Unix one). Try asking NickK if he installs it for you (www.activestate.com)
