On most games I can't see the text in order to choose one or two player etc. Can anyone help?

Also, has anyone managed to emulate any gameperfectly with pj64, or just close approximations? I'd love to get rid of those big white block shadows under the cars in Mario Kart, is that possible?

I know you emulator geniuses must be able to help me out, I'm a beginner in all this wizadry!

I don't think any games are emulated perfectly. If you really want perfect, play the original carts in the N64 console. However, many games look very nice in PJ64. The fact that you are having problems in Mario Kart of all games indicates a problem either in your configuration or in your hardware, because that game should be "near" perfect. Provide some specifics please (hardware, emulator settings, specific games and their issues, etc).

For me, Zelda 64 runs nearly 100% perfect. The only bits that I don't see are corona effects like the sun glare and the torch lights. Those are possible to emulate but it takes a big performance hit. Everything else works great. Full speed, full bore. The sub-screen lags though. :(

I'm going to save myself time and just tell you to read the help files that come with PJ64. All of your questions are clearly answered there, ok?
