It's out. :) From the readme:

Eternal SPU v.1.20 Released.
Configuration options are less than that of old versions, so you won't be confused when you setting this plugin. But, emulation speed may become slow from before... Please use the light version, if you think "so slow." - Have fun!

+ Added Audio out method
+ Added Move vag position method
+ Added SPU IRQ-Force interruption flag7
+ Delete some unnecessary options
+ Fixed VAG decode processing
+ Adjust reverb effect
+ Adjust noise emulation
+ Fixed codes for emulation speed
+ Fixed VAG position move processing
+ Changed envelope table into an expression of calculation
+ Added Lite version binary(spuEternalL.dll)

Already released now.
There are 2 versions, the Normal and Lite version, anyone tried out the difference?

actually if you see in the readme, you will know the differnce, but for a first know, is that the lite version, come whit less sound quality, no reverb effect and no high resolution mode ^^
