Finally the rain is pouring.

All Easter it's been sunny and warm, so much of the snow on the roads and elsewhere melted slowly, making it a pain in the arse to ride my bike. Got super wet on my feet all the time :p My shoes are water resistant, not water proof.

I'm just hoping it'll keep raining for a few days or so, at least for 24hours continuously so more of the snow can disappear.

you are comparing the wrong people, Drifters aka rally racers(in a way) are best at controlling a car on a rough terrain while sliding all the time. While F1 drivers try to keep the car from sliding while going at a very high speed enough to kill the driver

Also an F1 car is only inches high from the road/track as compared to rally cars

I definitely agree about the fighter plane part, those machines are so highly strung it is simply incredible how sophistocated they are, but as for the bicycle I disagree. A WRC machine is more akin to an AK47, in that it has to work in any kind of weather or terrain and still function at an acceptible proficiency.

dx under 8 isn't supported though :\ unless you **** with a hex editor and install wine for windows, with some tweaking, rename wine ddraw.dll to fdraw.dll since it requires opengl.dll which requires the original ddraw.dll....... windows is still dependency hell.

Whilst that's true, Schumi is the reason Ferrari is what it is cuz back when he joined the team was down in the dumps, almost as low as Minardi, then he joined and brought some guys over from Benetton and Ferrari became the powerhouse it is now. Heatsinks are easy to attach...

I actually had a bigger "problem" locking my i7 920 into place.
All my AMDs had just popped into place, and I could lock it. The i7 required a lot more force to get the pin down.
I actually called a mate to make sure it was supposed to be like that before I locked it into place :p

Its done with socket 1366 EXACTLY the same way as last gen 775 cpu's.

The 4 push pins even line up, the only difference is that the 1366 cpu's are thicker so if you use a 775 cooler you risk it breaking the chip. (There are although some aftermarket coolers that are fine due to the way they all connect in various ways)

And if you use an 1366 cooler on a 775 setup the heatsink will be loose (Likely again to have exceptions to the rule for same reasons as above but never I needed to research that side of things when I got mine;))

In my case I am still using the custom cooler I bought for my 775 build but ONLY because I bought the optional 1366 bracket when I purchased my i7 parts as my coolers method of connecting would likely have cracked my new i7 CPU!

Gah. Utah just got hit with a 5.0 earth quake. Most of the state felt it as did Idaho and Wisconsin. Thank goodness it isn't too big, but I haven't heard of an earth quake extending to such a large area. And earth quakes aren't common here in Utah. I don't think it really had enough force to knock anything. Only if something was already not steadily placed then i could see the earth quake make it fall down. I didn't want to take any chances, so I brought Jack's cage down onto my floor. I didn't want him to be on my dresser since we keep getting random little ones. I don't want to risk having a bigger quake and risking his cage to fall to the ground.

It is indeed cheap, but only if it works lol. just copy and past large files and then make copies of them or something so it fills up the USB, Then you will know if it works.
