I remember the day when my best friend offered a ride (1 km). There was another person in the backseat with a bag of beer and I was put to the shotgun (slang). Then car growled and I felt pushed to the seat. It was the most aggressive driving ever. In the last corner, my friend pulled brake and turned left fast. Car was sliding on ice almost to the snowy bank. Then it stopped like a stone.

Yeah, and I have had to push the snow away from the yard for like 7 times already, the whole yard mind you. Most of the snow is piled behind the bike... And there is also a road about 30 meters long that also is part of the work. Damn I'm happy I live in apartment and I no longer have to do that all winter long...

ie; the guy you have a few beers with once in a while is a friend only if he does things for you he wouldn't want to out of his own choice.

If he gives you a ride hoome when he doesn't feel like it ..that may be obligation.
If he however takes a few hours out of his time to help you with a report or tries to help you get you ex gf back - he's a friend.

Someone who proactively tries to help.

I like revising my own thoughts. It's always interesting to see if you come to the same conclusion when you rethink something. Unlike computers, the same input doesn't always lead to the same output. WTF is up with the file sizes of CoD5 WaW patches??

v1.2: 500MB
v1.2 - v1.4: 600MB
v1.4 - v1.5: 975MB

All in all, a tad less then 2.5GB of patching oO CoD4 was like 350MB for vx.x- v1.6 and 35MB for v1.6 - v1.7.

They have servers worldwide sometimes some of them have problems. Currently downloading the 975MB patch from the UK server and it's all good. Speed has never dropped below 100Kbps yet.

This first month I hit the 30GB full speed limit in 1.5 days

I also get unlimited phone calls to any landline/mobile in Aus and a PS3 as a bonus!

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND


1. If your file shows 2KB next to it in windows, your file is TOO BIG.
2. You will NOT see your points go up the next day, it may take even a week for it to be updated.
3. I'm seeing many people upload jpg or mp3 files, use a TXT or download someone else's file and rename it.
4. Make sure that your file is over 1 Byte and under 1 Kilo Byte

Problems With upload:
A lot of members kept complaining that they get an "undefined" error during upload. I tried with different file sizes and found that files smaller than 10Bytes will give such errors or problems. This may not be the case with everyone.
So if you get this problem then add a few extra text in your text file to make it a little bigger but not over the limit

I shipped a package of 30 cookies to a friend on the other side of the States. I made the dough the night before so it could set. Then I woke up in the morning and made the cookies. As soon as they were a bit cool enough (waited for about 15 minutes), I took each cookie (for a sugar cookie, they are very thick) and wrapped each one individually in seran wrap. When I had 5 cookies wrapped up, I put them together and put foil around them. Within the hour, they were shipped.

AFAIK, they were shipped and given to my friend in perfect condition. There wasn't a crack in any of them because I took a lot of time to make sure that they would arrive safely. My friend ate all 30 cookies I had given to them during the same day. I believe that they were packaged well enough to still be soft and chewy.

I will have to ask my friend about how fresh they were. They received them about 2 or 3 days since I had sent them. I told them that if they were a bit hard that they should put them in the microwave for about 10 seconds and they taste as fresh as they are when they pop out of the oven.

By the way, I just asked my friend. They said that about half of the cookies were soft and chewy. The other half were just a little bit harder but nothing like eating brick. They said that it was easily fixed by microwaving it slightly. Hope that information helps. :)

By the way, I just asked my friend. They said that about half of the cookies were soft and chewy. The other half were just a little bit harder but nothing like eating brick. They said that it was easily fixed by microwaving it slightly. Hope that information helps. :)

then its probably an error with the hardware, probably a conflict or as you say problem with the harddisk.

Just got home from a military bootcamp. It went for a week, and it wasn't all that hard. Just like physical training military style (Of course if they had given the exact same military training to us, I wouldn't have been here typing this post lol). It was a lot of fun, and gave me a new perspective on those soldiers. I learned a lot. And got some minor bruises, muscle fatigue, and tanned skin :D
