Here is my hardware:
Athlon 2800+
512 MB DDRAM
Asus GeForce 2 MX 400 (32 MB)

Here is my software:
ePSXe 1.6.0. or 1.7.0.
BIOS: SCPH1001.BIN; SCPH7502.BIN and variety of others
Plugins: pete OpenGL; pete OpenGL2; peteD3D; peopsSoft and variety of others
Additional software:
Delta

Here is my game:
Chrash Bandicoot 2 (CD and image version)

Here is my problem:
I just can't start bloody game
Only thing that I receive is black full screen (with resolution changet to 640 x 400).
I've tried various combination of BIOS + plugins + versions of ePSXe, but nothing changed. Even with changing source (CD ROM or image) it is still same.

I didn't changed anything in options (plugins) neither in Delta (except that I tried to check BIOS...and I received message that SCPH7502.BIN is not valid?

So when I try to load it through ePSXe wizard it is not listed...but I can still load it through BIOS menu?

Does someone have idea or solution of how to make games work (upper mentioned game is the first that I've tried to load).

Thank you in advance.

edit- OK, I've just succeed in starting game with following combo:
ePSXe 1.7.0. + peops soft 1.17. plugin, but why it can't work with opengl or opengl2???

Dont bother with pete opengl 2 your board is to weak to enjoy it. While you can use it would look uglier then others (pete D3D & OpenGL). Since you use Nvidia yo can try Pete D3D driver and also do you have the latest drivers for you videocard installed ? the way you describe it seems that you dont have opengl support installed on your PC.

you probably have anti aliasing forced...... slows the emulator down.
