Okay, so I recently downloaded the DS Emulator, and an Animal Crossing Wild World Rom...

But I'm unable to play the game, because when I try all I get is: 'Unable to retrieve Data. Please turn the power off and reinsert Game Card?' and the image of a character walking around.

Someone help? ^^;

Have you tried other emulators? I don't think you can change the save type on this emulator. Try DeSmuME or No$GBA.

Hey! I'm surprised that nobody noticed he downloaded a ROM, which is illegal, and against the Emuforums rules.

But, Samatoru, I'll give you a tip. If you've downloaded a ROM, it isn't really severe if you bought the original game, it is more if you didn't. The hackers who distribute the ROMs are more likely to have trouble than people who download them. But Emuforums doesn't support piracy. If you tell you've downloaded a ROM, it's interpreted as piracy, and you're very likely to see an admin/mod close your thread. To avoid it, just tell that you've tried the game X, don't tell you've downloaded it. And if somebody asks you where you found the ROM, tell him you've dumped it yourself. To be short: NEVER tell you've downloaded a ROM.
