View Full Version : epsxe 1.7 continuosly keeps crashing on vista 64 ultimate

as topic says...it maintains bout 5-10min straight w/o problems but after that comes application crash , have tried update everything troubleshooting faq advices but problem ain't fixing at all

are you running the emulator as an administrator and have you disabled DEP? do you get any sort of error message from either your O/S or the emulator itself?

yeah have runned it as admistrator

what catalyst version are you currently using?

edit- i know ive seen this before, and im pretty certain its driver-based. if you have the latest drivers try downloading a previous version, like 8.6 or something and check for that .dll file it has listed above is in the installer package, cancel the actual install of the driver itself but extract that .dll from the driver folder if its there.

Does it crash if you use the Soft GPU plugin?

problem solved, just had old drivers (version 8.10) with 8.12 works perfectly
