Each game has its own settings that helps it work better.

I think the main is dual core enabled. It helps games work faster.

Enable these:
Idle Skipping
Dynamic Recompilation
Dual-Core (If you have a Dual-Core processor)
And enabling the "Disable copy EFB to texture" hack seems to speed up most games.
