LOL, I thought that epsxe 1.5.0 was actually released! I got so exited until i saw that it was going to be released *very* soon. Then I calmed down a lot. But anyways, it should be out in a few days! :D

hey could someone explain this ppf patching deal. it sounds like a great advancement has been made, but since i've never had to patch a game, i don't know exactly how it works, and when someone should have to patch. anyone care to explain?

Some games have protections, so you can't play it using the emulator as you always do. Using a patch can fix this problem and you can play the game as always. The most common example of a game that needs a patch is FF9 PAL version.

Its out, its out. But, I'm sure everyone knows by now. As for the version being 1.5.0, maybe Bobbi knew about it, but I, and I'm a beta tester also, did not know.
Shadow Lady, this site is for all news, even that which is posted on the main page. The reson is because some people go straight to the boards, but skip the main page entirely. Therefore, they might not know about the new release, unless they looked in here.

The team thought about labling it v1.4.1, but because of the high number of features, decided for v1.5.0 !
