How to run on monitor?

Well i have my new dreamcast, and i wanted to run it on my kvm switch, so i can run it on my monitor and be simple. But i lookd on ebay, but it was the wrong ends for the vga, so what do i need? cant really find much.

-sound i can plug straight into my soundsystem so i am good there i just need to change the video from an rca vga to plug into the monitor.
