dolphin wont start any games

hi everybody, HI DOCTOR NICK!!
heh, anyway i just download the new dolphin svn r5 and tried to play ssbm on it. when i use the dx9 plugin it says that that plugin isn't compatible with my graphics card. but when i use open gl, i just get a system error, you know the send info or dont send error. I know shouldnt be expecting to ru anything on it since i have an intel 915 express graphics chip, but i thought a game should atleast run. i download dx 9.0c too. i have an intel centrino proccesor. i went to dolphin.ini and tried twindeling t he setting s but i still go the same results. if anyone can help me id apreciate it

first off all, update to a much later version
second, that intel graphics chip is a intigrated, correct me if im wrong, but dont intigrated chips have like...zero extra stuff, including the needed shader 2.0?

darn you chipset, i guess im just gonna hove to look for a later version of this build. thanks for the info daco, im kinda new on the emulation thing, but im learning alot though thanks to these forums.
