Didn't you read it ? LOOK:
dolphin-emu - Google Code (http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/)
System Requirements
* Windows XP or higher. The Linux build is at least 80% done, it starts, but won't run games yet. There's a bug somewhere.
* Fast CPU. Dual core a plus.
* Any reasonable modern GPU, support for pixel shaders 2.0 required.
Please look around before you ask this repeat answer. :)

"fast cpu' is NOT a system requirement. fast could mean a lot of things, i'm obviously looking for more specific information.
"reasonable modern GPU" is also pretty vague. Pixel shaders 2.0 is old. My creaky old 6600gt had pixel shaders 3.0.

No, you have to dump your game by rip it into .gcm or .iso.

Yeah, and you're creaky old 6600gt is easily enough for Dolphin. Anything from the 6600 generation or Radeon 9600 or upwards is totally fine. Dolphin's bottleneck is usually CPU power, not GPU power.

yes its works .
just when you see "Licenced by nintendo" press continiously 'start'
because if you dont do it the game freez.
i get between 40-100fps (the cpulimiter off)
