Hey guys um.
It's actually my first time downloading this PSX thingy and I am trying to get the game Megaman x4.
When I downloaded the parts (1-10) it gave me a Bin and a Cue file.
What am I suppose to do after so that the game could run?
Please help me!
Wanna play this game so bad!!

I just got one question.
Does the ePSXe only read games in CD's?

discs and images work. the image need to be made correctly though, and aside from the legal aspect of downloading games, the other thing that should discourage you from downloading them is that they never work right. you can consider yourself very lucky if you manage to find a game that plays right all the way through from start to finish, so unless wasting you time sounds fun, you should either play the game from the actual disc or make an image of it yourself and play it that way. making your own images from your own discs is the only way to assure yourself that you will get a working image, you can never trust the people that put games up for others to download.
edit- and just about everything you need to know about the emulator is addressed in the help file that comes with the epsxe download, it has info on the emulator that you will most likely find useful.

well technically you already have one, its what you downloaded, but i highly recommend against using it because there is a good chance that it will run into trouble at some point. what you should be doing is making images (http://forums.ngemu.com/misc-psx-discussion/34515-how-make-perfect-backup-psx-games.html) of your own game discs.
