FF8 Battle Menu Doesn't Display

Whenever I get into a battle the battle menu does not appear, although I can hear the sounds it makes when u select commands and I can execute commands, but I can't see what I am selecting because I cant see the menu.

Edit: NVM I found solution in the sticky. Sry musta missed it first time I looked through it.

Hi.

I have the same problem as Zeno except I run ePSXe off a folder (it's kinda like it's installed on my PC, it's just in a folder) where the 'config' folder does not exist.

Therefore: even though I downloaded the sticky'd solution, I'm unable to apply it.

Could someone give me a hand? Thanks!

increase the offscreen drawing. and there is no "config" folder that is in the epsxe root directory, nor does there need to be one, the "config" im talking about is accessed by going to config>video in the GUI.

I fixed this by changing 'Offscreen Drawing' to Standard and Framebuffer Textures to Gfx card buffer
