Alright i don't like putting in discs in games to play games, and i try to avoid that option has much as possible. So i have a psx game, and i use undisker to make a bin and cue or ISO image from the disc, cool. Well i then tried to use 3 different psx emulators to run the bin and cue or iso image and all i got was a black screen.

So next i install magic disc and now i am using a virtual driver, so i mounted the disc image onto the drive, and use the same emulators, only one of them allowed me to change the disc driver to " G ", and i hit run cd, and again another black screen.

Note: If i just put the disc in the driver and run the cd it works perfect, but i am trying to get around that option.

What do i do? running out of options and i might have to just run the game in my cd rom driver, drive e :(

i suggest you try something like clonecd or isobuster (what i use) out and attempt to start the game under both methods (file>run>iso or mounting it on a virtual drive) to see if one of them works better. you should also read over this (http://forums.ngemu.com/misc-psx-discussion/34515-how-make-perfect-backup-psx-games.html) thread because it has user-guides for both of those programs i just mentioned and it will show you how to make images correctly. and i case you dont know this- make sure whenever you make an image that has multiple files (.bin/.cue, .ccd/.img/.sub, etc.) you keep all of the files in the same directory, dont have them stored in different places otherwise it wont work.
